president john dramani mahama as part of his better ghana agenda has started sharing free don simon fruit juice to the people of asamankese in the eastern region through their taps
the people of the aforementioned area have been without water for a good number of years. like God who decide to feed israelites with manner from heaven when they where hungry, so as president mahama decided to quench the thirst of the people of asamanjese with don simon multifruta when they requested for drinking water.
speaking to the media at the inauguration ceremony of this wonderful project, the president said the people of eastern region are very dear to his heart and that explain why he has decided to quench there thirst in a different way.
the people of asamankese are the first beneficiaries of this project. i am hoping to make don simon multifruta fruit juice flow through the taps of every house hold in eastern region, the president said.
According to him, his government is in talks with the company that produce don simon to produce the fruit juice in large quantities so that he can extend the project dubbed mahama juice for all to every house hold in ghana.
Theodora Asante, a resident of Asamankese, thanked the president for being a caring father after she tested the fruit juice expect that she wanted the juice a bit thicker than what is currently flowing through their taps
